During the intake session, you’ll kick things off with a relaxed treadmill walk while we engage in a conversation about your history, aspirations, requirements, and objectives—taking around 10 minutes to set the groundwork.
Moving forward, we’ll seamlessly transition into a gentle workout session, where you’ll demonstrate fundamental movements including body weight squats, lunges, hinges, curl-ups, push-ups, and engaging mobility drills. This collaborative process enables me to grasp your existing fitness level, pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement, and gather valuable insights essential for designing a personalized program tailored to your specific needs.
In the subsequent follow-up session, we will thoroughly review and actively engage in the execution of your program, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with your goals. Any necessary adjustments will be made during this phase, guaranteeing that your program remains finely tuned.
Following this session, you’ll have the freedom to confidently embrace your customized program and integrate it into your independent workouts. However, rest assured that our support doesn’t end here. You’re always welcome to reach out for follow-up sessions whenever necessary, ensuring that you continue to receive the guidance and refinement you need. Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, the option to work closely with me on a one-on-one basis remains open—a choice that empowers you to maintain consistent progress and elevate your fitness endeavors.
